William James "Bill" King's Obituary
William James “Bill” King, age 55, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023, in Muskegon, MI. He was born May 2, 1968, in Grand Rapids, MI, and was adopted by Daniel and Catherine (Mihalek) King. He graduated from Grand Haven High School in 1986 and obtained an Associate’s Degree from Muskegon Business College in 1988. In 2005, he began working at NPR Grand Haven as a grinder operator and remained there until his death.
Bill was an avid gamer and enjoyed golfing and playing darts. He also liked spending time at the gun range and was a member of the Hamilton Rod & Gun Club and Fruitport Conservation Club. He was also extremely talented in designing and making guitars.
A MEMORIAL MASS will be 11 AM on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at The VanZantwick Chapel (620 Washington Ave., Grand Haven, MI 49417) with Fr. Norm Droski presiding and VISITATION 1 hour prior to the service. In honor of Bill, MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS can be directed to a charity of your choice.
