William Charles Kroll Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. William Charles Kroll Jr. (Bill) passed away unexpectedly on Monday February 13, 2023. Bill was born November 15, 1964. He was a miracle child who the doctors did not think would live to be 18 years old due to a very rare disease he was born with. He proved all the doctors wrong and lived 40 years longer than any medical team predicted. He was a gentle soul with the kindest heart and love for everyone. He knew everyday he woke up was a blessing from God. He lived every day to its fullest, full of laughter and dancing. He helped others whenever he could no questions asked. He loved to travel and see new things. He had a special spot in his heart for animals. He loved to spend time with his nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. He tried to spend as much time with his family as he could, always making us laugh with the pure joy that was in him. His strength and perseverance in life were amazing. He taught us all what gratefulness looked like on a daily basis. In his recent years he was a part of a large University of Michigan Study program digging into new options for medications and outcomes for his disease, he was so proud to be in this study. He would always say “it might not help me but it will help the kids” a true definition of who he was. He is so greatly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Per his request his body was sent to the University of Michigan for research. He was a proud Wolverine! A memorial service will be announced at a later day. We love you so much “Uncle Bill”....until we meet again. Arrangements handled by The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442.
