Mr. William Robert Lowery's Obituary
Mr. William Lowery, age 57, passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning, May 9, 2015 at his home. William was born August 2, 1957 in Muskegon to James B. and Mattie Lou (French) Lowery. Bill served his country in the United States Army for more than 20 years. On March 23, 1981, Bill married the former Mary Theresa Zandi and she survives him. He had been the sales manager for Auto Zone Auto Parts for the past 15 years, and prior to that had worked for Meridian. Bill loved the supernatural, coin collecting, metal detecting, and 80’s music. But most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren. Bill is survived by his wife, Mary; his mother, Mattie; his children, Nicole (Josh) Cramblet of Muskegon, Samantha (George) Giddings of Grand Haven, William (Kelley Berghuis) Lowery of Spring Lake, and Kenny Cramblit of Muskegon; 2 grandchildren, Benjamin Cramblet and Marshall Giddings; a brother, Steve (Lori) Lowery of Fremont; a sister, Brenda (Mike) Jensen of North Muskegon; and several nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his father in 2009. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Thursday May 14, 2015, at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 with Pastor Aaron Gregory officiating and Full Military Rites under the auspices of the VFW Muskegon County Council. VISITATION will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be made in Egelston Township Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to West Michigan Veterans Inc., 165 E.
