Mr. William D. Schaub's Obituary
Mr. William D. Schaub, age 53, passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 2, 2015 at his home in Fruitport. He was born in Muskegon on March 12, 1961 to Aldis R. and Retha M. (Homan) Schaub. Bill was employed by Precision Tool where he worked for the past 35 years. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and was a gunsmith. Bill was an outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. He was an animal lover and adored his two faithful pets, Jerry and Rascal. Bill is survived by his loving wife, the former Judy L. Mead and many loving brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Daniel R. Schaub and Steven L. Schaub and his step-father, Eugene Goodhue. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 12:00 PM Friday, March 6, 2015 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 231-798-1100 with Rev. Don Wood officiating. VISITATION will be from 4-7 PM Thursday, March 5, 2015.
