William Schwartz's Obituary
Mr. William Schwartz, age 79, passed away Monday, December 26, 2005 in Muskegon. He was born December 22, 1926 to Robert and Claire (King) Schwartz in Muskegon, was raised in the Milwaukee area, and then returned to Muskegon. He was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran. Bill worked at S.D. Warren for over 30 years before retiring. He was an avid golfer, making 3 holes-in-one, and also enjoyed playing shuffle-board. He played hockey and coached his son’s hockey teams. Mr. Schwartz was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lillian D. (Rainbolt) Schwartz on June 26, 1996. SURVIVORS include 5 children, Deloros M. Schwartz, Robin Frazine, Valerie Botruff, Billy (Stef) Schwartz, Rick (Sophanny) Schwartz; 5 grandchildren, Felicia, Janelle, Melina, Rachel, and Nicholas; 3 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Krista, and Javanni; 1 sister, June Santos. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at The Walburn Chapel,Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc.,1547 W. Sherman Blvd.,(231) 759-8565. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
