William L. Shriver's Obituary
Mr. William L. “Bill” Shriver, age 86, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 at home. He was born on May 23, 1934 to Clyde and Clara (Rewalt) Shriver in Muskegon Heights and was a life resident of the area. Bill was a Veteran of the US Air Force and served for 21 years including during the Korean War. He then worked for SF Electronics for 12 years before retiring in 1996. Bill attended Port City Church – McGraft Campus, the Moose Lodge and Hi Nabors Square Dancing Club. He enjoyed all sports and especially baseball. On January 31, 2002 he married Kathleen “Katie” (Wood) Molloy and she survives him along with his brother, Harvey (Sharon) Shriver of Fremont; two sisters, Phyllis Bean and Darlene Drake both of Muskegon. Bill was preceded in death by two sons, Jeff Shriver and William Shriver; his parents; two brothers, Bernard and Merideth Shriver; and one sister, Joyce Broughten. Services will be delayed until the spring because of the weather. Burial will take place at Fruitport Pine Hill Cemetery.
