So sorry for your loss. I love you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I loved Bill , he so kind.
When Bill taught as an adjunct at MCC, I knew I could depend upon him for quality and concern for his students. More than once, Bill would "fill in" last minute for a class, just before a semester started. He was a lifesaver.
He and I had many conversations throughout the years. And he would tease by mentioning that he would take his driver's ed students by my house and should have tested them on our uphill driveway.
Bill was a good man. I am sorry for your loss.

Judy, we are so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We first met Mr. Thompson when he frequently came into eat at Bill Knapp's, where we worked with you. We were so happy for you when you started dating, and eventually married such a nice man! We are glad you had 35 years together, but I know that was not nearly enough. Sending hugs and prayers your way.
Surely will miss him. What a nice man! Always took the time to stop and talk when I saw him as he was coming or going at the door.
Uncle Bill, I'm going to miss our meals at Burger King. With love, Missy
I really liked Bill and always teased him about his daily journey to Burger King when I would pass him in the hallway. He will be missed.
Sorry to learn that Bill has passed away. He served in the Math-Science Department at MCC for many years (~28 years +). When I came to MCC in 1997 he was serving as an adjunct faculty to teach various math classes in our department. He will be missed. RIP Bill.

I taught with Bill for many years at both MCC and Baker. I was sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed and he made a difference in the life of many students and colleagues.
Judy...I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing.....Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. My condolences to you and your family.
I met Bill when I joined MCC in 2009 in the Math department and he was a big part of my life until the pandemic when we went to online learning. He was such a story teller, and I have fond memories of our working together. He will be sadly missed.
