William Yonker's Obituary
Mr. William J. “Bill” Yonker, age 70, passed away Friday afternoon, January 23, 2004 in Fremont. He was born January 24, 1933 to Henry and Dorothy (Kansfield) Yonker in Muskegon, and was a life resident. He worked for Zephyr for 22 years, retiring in 1987, was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, and had belonged to the Masonic Temple, where he was a Past-Master. On July 1, 1952 he married Mary Shumate. SURVIVORS include his wife Mary of Muskegon; 2 sons, Richard Paul (Christine) Yonker of Owosso, Michael Wayne (Michelle) Yonker of Twin Lake; 3 grandchildren, Rebecca (Jim) Harmon, Benjamin Yonker, Janell Yonker; 1 great-grandchild, Katelyn; 1 brother, Marvin (Leona Rae) Yonker of Coopersville. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; 1 brother, Walter Yonker; 1 sister, Anna Clark. SERVICES will be 3:00 PM Monday at
