Willie Lee Keenan's Obituary
Mr. Willie Lee Keenan, age 84, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. He was born in Blaine, MS on June 26, 1936 to Theodore Keenan and Lucille Oliver, and was a life-long resident of the area. He attended Delta Industrial Institute in MS. He enjoyed watching television, traveling, playing dominoes, and spending time with his family and church members. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Upper Room Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Jerry Riley. Willie was also a faithful member of the church deacon board, trustee board and was a Sunday School teacher. He is survived by his wife: Doris Keenan; children: CaSondra Carey, Calandra (Robert) Williams, Monica Daniels, Stephanie Madison, and Larry Stiff Jr.; six grandchildren; one brother: James (Veronica) Keenan; one sister: Blanche Smith; brother-in-law: Willie (Linda) Smith, and Larry (Sharon) Stiff Sr.; sister-in-law: Kizzy Smith and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and church family. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, five brothers, granddaughter: Deja Madison, uncles, and aunts. A LIMITED PUBLIC VISITATION for Willie will be held one hour prior to services. Masks will be required. FUNERAL SERVICES will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Upper Room Ministries 1450 Catherine Ave, Muskegon, MI 49442 with Pastor Jerry Riley officiating.
