Wilma B. Lorenz's Obituary
Mrs. Wilma B. (Rasinske) Lorenz, age 86, passed away early Saturday morning, July 27, 2013 in Muskegon. She was born March 10, 1927 to William and Adele (Jankowski) Rasinske in Muskegon, and was a life resident. She had worked at Brunswick for over 30 years before retiring, and previously was the first 16 year old woman to be hired at the Muskegon Piston Ring. Wilma was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, the Catholic Daughters, the Lithuanian Club. She enjoyed traveling, animals, especially dogs, visiting her family, and attending social events. Wilma was married to Richard Lorenz, and he preceded her in death. She is survived by 1 sister, Irene (Steve) Humenick of Grand Rapids; 1 sister-in-law, Carol Rasinske; many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. THE FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, (231) 798-1100. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
