Wilma K. Parker's Obituary
Ms. Wilma K. Parker, age 65, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the Poppen Residence. She was born March 31, 1946 in Muskegon to John and Effie (Newmeyer) Sikkenga, and resided in the Muskegon area for most of her life. Wilma worked 27 years for Meier Cleaners. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching baseball and NASCAR. SURVIVORS include her son, Ron Parker of Fruitport; brother, Bob (Mary Ann) Sikkenga of Middlebury, IN; and sister, Carol Dykman of Fremont. According to her wishes, there will be no services. The family would like to thank the wonderful people at the Poppen Residence. Memorial Contributions in Wilma’s name may be made to Harbor Hospice.
