Dear Family of Al Schneider,
I met Al about 20 years or so ago when I was hosting McCIRN meetings (along with Bill Boyd) in Muskegon, Michigan. He was was not only an attendee, I recall he sponsored some high profile speakers who came into our meetings to apprise us of important decisions happening in our town. About eleven years ago, I moved to Ohio and Al and I have only corresponded through Christmas mail. He is a dear, dear man. I will miss him.

Al certainly knew how to make people smile. We all loved the warm hugs he gave when he came to JW's! He will hold a special place in my heart always.

Al was an amazing writer with a beautiful sense of humor. I will always treasure his friendship and already miss him terribly (he would give me a hard time about using an adverb if he were reading this). Rest in peace, dear friend.
