Being I am and always will be THE MIDDLE CHILD in our family I am and probably always will be that naughty girl. I already miss Mom a bunch. I tried hard to make sure I seen her at least once day a week (for sure on Sunday) and sometimes even more. Going to miss those night time phone calls when I just wanted to hear her voice. Life is full of changes.....this one is going to be hard to do.

Alma always had a warm smile and a beautiful soul that warmed the room. At Church she made a point to say hello. Christmas caroling she would pull us aside to show us her apartment. It was a Blessing for us to know her.
I knew Alma from her time volunteering with blood services at Red Cross. She was indeed a special lady. Since that time I have come to know her daughter, Lois, as a fellow board member of the Friends of Walker Library. Thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

We have fond memories of your mom and dad pulling in to our family farm in Bailey, Michigan on their Honda. We always enjoyed the Hendrickson Family Reunions where we tried sorting out which little kids went to who. We enjoyed her constant smile and laughter. Her older cousin Ruth thought she was wonderful! We all did. We have two funeral services in one day so we aren't able to attend but we wanted you all to know that we do remember sweet Alma...and we remember her with love. While I never knew Alma I do know her son Jim and after reading about Alma I now know where he gets his greatness from. Alma sounds like the kind of woman that made the absolute most of her time here on earth. What a shining example for her family. Nicky, Nathan, Victoria and Jim, this must be such a bittersweet goodbye for all of you. 💕I am very sorry for your loss.
