Mr Andrew P. Bytwerk's Obituary
Andrew P. Bytwerk, age 88, died Monday morning, June 23, 2014, at his home. He was born December 8, 1925 in Muskegon to Isaac & Kate (Veenstra) Bytwerk and has been a life resident of the area. Andy was a WW II veteran of the U.S. Army, and had been the owner of Lake Vac & Appliance Center. He was a member of Allen Avenue Christian Reformed Church and has attended Forest Park Evangelical Covenant Church. On October 1, 1947 he married the former Betty J. Johnson and she preceded him in death on November 11, 1991. He then married the former Caroline Lundeen Seaholm on November 7, 1998, who survives him along with 4 children, Craig Bytwerk and Denise (Sean) Kittredge of North Muskegon, Mark (Christine) Bytwerk of Muskegon and Leanne (Steve) VanRees of Holland, MI; 3 step-children, Roger Seaholm of Shelby, Larry Seaholm of Whitehall and Beth (Mike) Scheuer of Grand Rapids; 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and by his sister, Trudy Kramer of Roosevelt Park. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, John, James and Conrad; and by his sister, Louise Peterson. Private family Graveside Services will be held at Restlawn Cemetery, with his nephew, the Rev. Douglas Bytwerk officiating.
