Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time!

Anna Mae was such a lovely person and a wonderful Christian woman who came to our church family late in her life, and were we ever fortunate! We loved her. She often shared about her loving family and was so proud of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Some personal memories are of being in a ladies prayer group with her, having dinner at her apartment and playing the piano for a hymnsing that she led at her apartment complex. Very blessed to have known her and she will be greatly missed! Condolences to her family.

Melita, Ted, and Deb, you are in our thoughts and prayers. We were so sorry to hear about Aunt Mae's death.
Your Mom and Dad were wonderful people. I have many memories of standing in a cold and drafty Chicago post office holding a Christmas package that we were going to send to Bahrain. We spend weeks talking about what we were going to send, what she and Uncle Bill missed from the US, shopping for it and then packaging it all up. Your parents always did the same for their US family. They sent us presents that seemed so exotic for the 1950's--the hand carved wooden elephant, the folding table that was held together with dowels and embedded with ivory, the wall hangings, etc. Each item was treasured. I know my Mom gave you a few items towards the end of her life, but I still have the wall hanging. It covers our piano bench.
Your Mom's missionary heart and spirit were present wherever she went and whatever she did. I appreciate all that she did for Aunt Coe and my Mom while they were at Village Woods and for always being there to help Jim after Aunt Coe died. She spent so much time helping them as well as others . She lived her life in Christian service to others.
We send our love and prayers
