Anthony D. Corradi's Obituary
Anthony Dominic Corradi, age 83, passed away in Muskegon, MI, on Friday, May 24, 2024. Tony was born in Detroit, MI, on March 17, 1941, to Nello and Ann (DiMario) Corradi. Tony worked as an electronic engineer and machinist for Kaiser Manufacturing in Detroit for many years before retiring in 2006. On July 13, 2013, he married the former Diane Morton-Pletcher, and they greatly enjoyed each other’s company and sharing laughter together over their many years. One of Tony’s greatest passions was classic cars and he loved anything to do with them. The latest car he was proud of was his orange 1946 Chevy delivery van. He enjoyed tinkering with all his many vehicles, and one of his favorite memories was getting to meet Chip Foose. He enjoyed hunting with his family, working on crossword puzzles, and spending time at his cottage on Grass Lake with Diane and the many friends they had met there.
Tony will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Diane Corradi; four children: Robin (Russ) Navarre, David (Victoria) Corradi, Jason (Karina) Corradi and Kevin (Jen) Corradi; eight grandchildren: Alex, Maya, Emma, Madison, Jacob, Adrianna, Dominic and Hadley; two stepchildren: Grey (Anna) Christian and Donald (Katie) Pletcher; three step-grandchildren: Benjamin (Andrea), Marissa (Matt) and Erica; two step-greatgrandchildren: Everly and Rosalie; and sister, Carol Corradi. Tony was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Tom Corradi.
Per Tony’s wishes no public services are being held at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI, 49444. Please sign the family’s online guestbook and share memories at sytsemafh.com.
