Mrs. Ardis Schmidt, age 85, of Nunica passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2012. She was born December 11, 1926 in Muskegon to Arthur and Ada (Tyler) Johnson. Ardis was a baptized and confirmed member of St. Luke Lutheran Church. Sh Read Obituary
So sorry to hear about Ardis, I had spent a lot of hours at their home babysitting, I always felt at ease and enjoyed that time there. Ardis always had a smile - that I remember so well even today. Our sincere condolences to you Ed and the family for your loss.

Dear Ed, Carol, Eddie and Tommy,
I remember Ardis with such fondness and happiness. Our families spent many Friday evenings together from the time we were just little ones. While the adults played cards in the kitchen, we kids made up our own games and ran around like wild things. Good times. I will always remember Ardis' beautiful smile and infectious laughter. She was a wonderful, joyous person. God's peace to you all and your families.

Dear Ed, Carol, Eddie, Tom and families,
We were very sorry to hear that you lost your beautiful wife, and Mother. Ardis
was always such a good memory for me as a child. She was always happy and full
of smiles and her favorite words were "OH BABY" It's funny how you remember those
small things from childhood.
Ardis will be missed by all who knew her, especially you Ed. My husband and I sometimes talk about the SAD day when one of us is gone, so special sympathy to Ed.
Heaven got a very special woman today, her name was Ardis Schmidt.

I just heard about Ardis today. Just a week ago my sister, Diane, & I were having coffee in Coopersville & Ed & Ardis joined us & we had such a lovely chat!
