Beau Patrick Ryther's Obituary
Beau Patrick Ryther, age 54, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, in Muskegon, MI. He was born on August 14, 1970, to David and Glenda (VandenBrand) Ryther in Grand Haven, MI. Beau married the love of his life, Tricia Slager, on the shores of Muskegon, July 31, 2015. He was a Controller for the Grand Haven Board of Light and Power for 20 years. He was known and could be found actively participating and coaching Riptide Baseball along with the Spring Lake baseball and football programs. Beau enjoyed traveling, was known for his sense of humor and most of all his family and spending time with them. He had a love for people and his presence around them was contagious. He is survived by his wife, Tricia Ryther; children: Cole (Katherine), Corbin, Erika, Eliott and Chelsea; brothers: David Ryther Jr. and Matthew (Jennifer) Palen. He is preceded in death by his father, David Ryther; mother, Glenda Palen and stepdad, Clifford Palen; brother, Dirk Ryther and sister, Keli Ryther. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to American Arthritis Foundation in Beau’s memory. VISITATION will be Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 4:00PM – 7:00PM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 Harvey St, Norton Shores, MI 49444.
