I really wish I would have known my Grandpa Paseka a whole lot more because all I can remember is him going to heaven on my birthday(worst day of my life waking up on your birthday to your family telling you that grandpa is gone), what he looks like because of pictures, I got a pair of pajamas from him (wish I still had them). He is my solution to all my problems(my one and only guardian angel) like if I wake up to a nightmare I think about my Grandpa and go back to bed. If I'm having a bad day I think of him and it makes my day a lot better. I just wish I could tell him how much I miss him and love him💕I hope to make you one proud grandpa someday😘😢😇😭

To find out a long time after that he had passed. It tore my heart into. I wish I had gotten to know all, you as well as, Dad.Thats fine. I am glad we had a some years to share stories of each others lives. I loved him from distance,always keeping in touch. I miss him still.

Lori, Lisa, Lynn, Bud, Bruce and Mark,

I am so sorry to hear your Dad has passed away. I will always remember Uncle Bernie from those summers so long ago. (and those huge dogs of his!). He was always so nice no matter how loud we were running through the house. Just wanted to let you know we are keeping each of you in our thoughts.

Bud,Mark,Lorri,Lisa,Bruce and Lynn;

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I remember Uncle Bernie as an outdoorsman and a charismatic businessman that could fix anything mechanical. One of the greatest generation.

6 kids, 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. Retired at 86. Quite a ride!

Bernie and Phil had many great times together fishing in Canada. Plus, he was the first person I would stop to visit at the shop whenever I was in town. Bernie had the gift of gab and Cherri and I both trully enjoyed our visits with him. He will be sadly missed.

We were deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Paseka's death. We had the pleasure of meeting Bernie on one of his visits to Virginia. Our hearts go out to the Paseka family, especially our wonderful friends Lynn, Mark, Trevor, Lauren, & Audrey Johnson.
