My deepest condolences to your family. Bernice was a long time friend and I loved playing bridge with her as a partner and an opponent. She was responsible for the continuation of the Muskegon Duplicate Bridge Association. So many of us appreciate her efforts! Ed was a long-time close personal friend of mine dating back to 1971 when he was in charge at Lakeway Chemical and they were having pollution problems. He will also be remembered fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Bernice was an amazing woman. I always marveled at her memory and activities. She still drove her car in 1916 to play bridge and go to Plumbs. She also was my partner in Euchre and corrected me when I played the wrong card. I will miss her. Rest in peace to my mother in law.
Bernice was one of my thoughtful friends who loved to play bridge. On Tuesdays when we played party bridge and needed one more player to fill a table, we would always call Bernice and she would get in her car and drive right over. She always kept me posted when concerts were at the park. I knew she loved her family and would host and cook big meals for everyone. I am nine months older than Bernice and I remember her 90th birthday party, where she danced up a storm. God bless her!
Love and prayers,

My condolences to the family of Bernice Kling. I know family was number one with her. However, when I think of Bernice, I think of all the fantastic times we had competing in the ladies' ping pong league back in the 60's & 70's. Bernice was "the one to beat." She was a very good player and very enthusiastic. She made it fun for everyone.. After the league dissolved, groups of us would get together to play. What fun! She loved to play the game. In addition, I admired her for all her efforts and activities at St. Francis. I will miss her.
