Betty J. Daniell's Obituary
Betty Jean Daniell went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 13, 2020. In glory, she joins her son Clifford (Gayle) Daniell and her parents, Peter and Olive Jean (Watson) Vanderstelt. Betty was born on March 19, 1931 in Muskegon, MI. She graduated from Muskegon Heights High School in 1949. Betty loved her family. She also loved crocheting, knitting, sewing, and refinishing furniture. She enjoyed playing piano and her theatre organ. For over 40 years, Betty sold real estate in the Muskegon area. Betty is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Greg) Anderson of Kalamazoo; granddaughters, Lori (Ron) VanNatter of Muskegon, Emily (Matt) Deveau of Rochester Hills and Sarah Anderson of Kalamazoo; grandsons, Brent (Lisa) Daniell of Muskegon, and Cory (Sarah) Daniell of Muskegon; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Betty is also survived by her brother Paul (Gayla) Vanderstelt of Kalamazoo; and nieces, Candace (Amy) Vanderstelt-Bare of Charleston, SC, Shannon (Matt) Wintz of Kalamazoo, and a great-niece and great-nephew. According to Betty’s wishes there will be no services at this time. Donations in memory of Betty can be sent to First United Methodist Church of Kalamazoo.
