Bryan Lee Medendorp's Obituary
Bryan Lee Medendorp, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 4, 2016. Bryan was born on October 27, 1956 to George and Mary Jane. On July 7, 1979 he married his soulmate Deanna Nelund. Together they enjoyed 36 years of marriage and were blessed with 3 children. Bryan was the owner of M&M Concrete which he started in 1983. He enjoyed boating, cooking, hunting and some good blues. First in his life was always his family. He was a hardworking, strong, ambitious, selfless, gentle giant who will be deeply, deeply missed. Bryan is survived by his wife Deanna; children, Andrea (Joshua) Schultz, Brandon (Courtney Smith) Medendorp, and Chadwick (Dawn) Medendorp; grandchildren, Mason Lee, Easton Jay, and Chadwick Jay II; brother, Jeff (Connie) Medendorp; sisters, Kim (Rick) Taylor, and Kay (Walter) Kukulka; brother-in-law, Terry Perysian; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Michael Siegel; sister, Vicky Perysian; and grandparents, Victoria and Cecil Swett. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will take place 10AM on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at The Lee Chapel 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100. VISITATION will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Fruitport Lions Club.
