I'm Sorry for the loss of your Father Mark. I Can't make the funeral due to back issues, but, know that I am thinking of you and your family and I love you.
My father, Uncle Buddy’s brother in law, was a very serious man who never laughed. Uncle Buddy, and Grandpa Jalovec, were the first men that I ever saw laughing uproariously and enjoying life. When we finished a visit and left Muskegon to return to Wabash, I always envied Bob and Mark because they got to stay with Uncle Buddy. Aunt Kelly always struck me as somebody not to mess with, but Uncle Buddy was the cool, kind, funny Uncle who you wanted to get stuck on an island with. I will miss you, Uncle Buddy.
My brother was a gentle soul. He had a can do attitude which served him well to meet life's crisis and opportunities. He bought me my first full sized bicycle and offered to help me financially when I was in college. I left Muskegon 50+ years ago but always enjoyed and appreciated our phone conversations, talking about how things have changed in Muskegon.
Sorry for your lost, your dad was a good guy he will now be with Kelly for all eternity. Prayers 🙏🙏 are with you and your family.
I would call Uncle Buddy on the phone fairly frequently to stay in touch. He always tried to get me off the phone within 2-3 minutes, but I would never let him go. We’d always laugh about it. He’d get his way, but not before I heard a good fishing or family story. I will miss our conversations. From his niece, Janet
