Mr. Carl E. Reid's Obituary
Mr. Carl E. Reid, age 55, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Peggy Jean Reid in 1991 and his sister, Vila Frishett in 2011. Carl is survived by his fiancée Janna L. Petersen, daughter Lindsey (Patrick) Ferreira, brother Floyd J. Reid and birth mother Gale Brandent of Colorado along with many others who called him grandpa, uncle, brother, and friend. Special thanks to Roger Wolting for his supportive care and friendship to Carl, which was greatly appreciated. Carl was a kind hearted loving man with a generous spirit who was always willing to help out and lend a hand. He worked hard and played hard. He loved the great outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, and camping. He had a head full of facts about football, baseball, basketball and hockey, and always loved watching a good game. A good home cooked meal, good music, good friends and a game of cards was a good time. Thank you Carl Reid for being a part of our lives…we will hold fast to the memories until we meet again.
