Carol was such a wonderful and caring person. Carol, will be sadly missed. We always looked forward to November 23rd because we shared the same birthdays. She always looked forward to seeing my kids at hockey games and different events at the LC Walker Arena. God has gain a great angel. RIP until we meet again. Don, Angie Sidock and the kids
I knew of carol since ....what 1957...Her ma being social pal of Nancy Kelsey, my mother. Back in those days indian families were more inclusive and we visited the careys often, I tagging along. they visited us. Carol lived with us on brillhart shack north of hart for awhile. Never did thank carol/big daddy for being there to aid me...for taking me in later (1968-69) in Muskegon. Much thanks carol...lil late but still very grateful. We stopped in on christmas, and brenda, and her filled me up with meehjim to take ehndayung. Now she will be with big daddy (joe) as she always wished when it was her time.. It pleases me greatly that she loved my big poolshark brother. Let's all hope the g'jemnitou is kind to her and lets her path be clear. she was only one to call and wish me happy birthday this past april. ty again 'charlie''..
I met Carol and her husband when my late husband Jacob P. Wabindato was also an Elder at Little River. They were the friendliest, happy people I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I looked forward to every meeting, knowing they would be there to visit with. My thoughts and prayers go out to their families. Peace be with you Carol and Joe. Betty May Wabindato
Carol was really a special person. She has been a part of my life since 1975. She took care of my Son. He and Joe were the same age and she made sure Mike was watched when I was at work. When my daughter was born Carol was right there, She helped me so much with Leigh's care when I had to work or was in class. She was Leighann's Godmother. We loved her as much as she loved us. I wish I could be there but my health is not good right now. My Kids have wonderful memories of her as I do. I thank God she was part of our lives....She will be missed.
There Is no words to express how much we will miss Carol. She had a kind heart and a wonderful smile. Twenty four years ago when we moved in across the street from Joe and Carol we became neighbors. As the years went by we became friends and then family. Carol never missed my girl’s birthdays every year on their birthday she would hand deliver a card to them. Rest on peace Carol we love you.😇
