For many years I had the privilege of working with Carol at Meijer in Jenison. She was one of the "special ones" ...always full of spunk and fun but also very professional and capable in all that she did. She was timeless and ageless so I had no idea how old she would be! She will always remain as one of my favorites ...sending sympathy to her family for their great loss.

She must have been a spectacular person to have raised a son like John. Only a woman with a strong sense of self and a good moral compass could have passed these traits down through the generations. We have a saying in our Jaycee Creed stating "Service to humanity is the best work of life." Somehow, I think she would agree...
