I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Carole through her kind donations of knitted baby hats to Mercy Health Muskegon. When she had a bag ready I would pick them up at her home. Due to COVID, she would leave them at her front door and when I stopped by, I would wave at her and Lady through the window. I finally met Carole face-to-face one day when I stopped by. She was outside in a chair knitting dish cloths while waiting for me. We chatted for awhile and I took this picture... She meant so much to us here at Mercy Health and we are so grateful for the sweet hats she made that kept so many of our littlest patients warm. She was just so much fun and I really enjoyed all our chats. I will miss her.
