I was saddened to read the news of Cathy's passing. My heart and prayers are with Frank, Virginia, Susan and family. Cathy was a fellow Frederick High School Band member and historian. I remember her sweet smile when I would go to the school bank where she volunteered. She was a good person and friend, for sure.
