Dear Dad, I hated it when you got sick and had to slow your life down. I know it was hard for you too. I just want you to know that is was my priveledge to be able to take care of you and spend time with you during your surgerys and doctor visits. You were the perfect patient with no complaints and a positive attitude. Everyone knows that you loved life and people, and everyone loved you too. I am so proud that you are my dad.

Uncle Cecil I can find the words to say how much you have meant to me.You were there for me when Mom went to heaven and then when Shirley left me also you were there with comforting words.I am sure you and your siblings are in heaven singing and dancing to your country music. We have so many great memories of Cecil coming up north to the farm with our Dad/Papa and Jack. We also looked forward to seeing him during their quick stops through Cadillac and enjoyed it even more when we were able to meet them for supper.
We will have great memories of Cecil everytime we use one of the several workbenches he made that we have in Cadillac and at the farm in Merritt.
