My condolences to Jamie and family. I had the pleasure of having Charlie and Jamie as my neighbors for seven years on Dowd St. I have often said, "they don't make neighbors like them anymore." Charlie taught me how to plant and grow a garden, always made me laugh and more importantly, he taught me how to be a neighbor. When I moved last year, I said the thing I would miss most about my old house was having the Cathcarts as my neighbors. My world is a better place because I met him.
