Mr. Charles "Charlie" Cioe's Obituary
Mr. Charles L. “Charlie” Cioe, 84, passed away Monday evening, October 5, 2015 at his home. He was born December 13, 1930 to Valentino and Rose (Coglianese) Cioe in Muskegon, and lived most of his life here. He belonged to the National Guard, the Muskegon Heights Eagles, and was a lifetime member of the Lakeside Vets Club. Charlie worked for Bennett Pump for over 30 years before retiring. On April 5, 1952 he married Doris M. Rogers and she preceded him in death on May 19, 2008. Charlie is survived by 3 children, Gregory (Sally) Cioe of Norton Shores, Mark (Vicki) Cioe of Muskegon, Amy (Gary) Brooks of Twin Lake; 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his brother Larry Cioe, and his sister Mary Byrnes. The family would like to thank Harbor Hospice for all of their care.
