Charles Bert Hazekamp, Sr., age 77, was welcomed into our Lord’s arms March 7, 2009, after a hard-fought illness. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Joyce; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Donald Semelbauer; par Read Obituary
Mom and Dad would have visited the funeral home if they had been able. They, along with many others, were very fond of Chuck and enjoyed the Bible studies together. I'm glad I was able to take Mom and Dad to see Chuck this summer at Chestnut Fields.

So very sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. His friendliness helped our mother Martha Roberts transition to a new home and neighbors at Chestnut Fields. Chuck went out of his way to befriend not only our mother but also us as we spent time there.
