Grandma,
I'm sure you already know how much I miss you. I miss coming to visit, I miss watching you play with cameron , and I miss your love. You were such a fantastic person in so many ways. I can't help but cry that your gone. I know that your watching over me right now, just by all the bad things that I've made it through in the past 7 months. And I definatly know you were right next to me Thursday morning. I just want to visit you, and tell you how wonderful my jobs going, how great the kids are. You were honestly the onlyprson who actually listened and cared. So grandma, I miss you and love you so much, I wish you would have made it long enough to meet Clara Leigh. I remember the day I told you I was gonna name her after you. How excited you were. I love you grandma.

To the Teunis family, Clara made a good name because it was who she was and she set a good example for the rest of us to follow. She proved true to the scripture at Ecclesiates 7:1 " A name is better than good oil and the day of death than the day of one's being born." May we imitate her love and may we leave such a name!

To my precious Grandma-- my fondest memories are when were together on New Years Day, sledding down the front hill, Grandpa's ice pond for skating, and all the snowmobiling all afternoon, til we came in to eat christmas cookies, and hot fat balls with powder sugar.. are toes would be frozen by the time we came in.. We went real fast on those old Ski-doo's..
And also when you taught me to make a pan of your famous Apple Squares, and Hermit cookies.
Now I can make them for special people in my life. May you rest in peace forever and ever....
We will all miss you dearly.

It is hard to put into words the gratitude for all that my grandma, along with grandpa, did for myself and my family. I will forever be grateful for all that they taught me as they were the major influences in my life. I cherished every moment I spent with grandma and offer this picture from earlier this year. Still frying burgers at 94 years old as she had done hundreds of times before on the same old flat griddle she has been using for the last 40 years or so it was no surprise that hers always seemed to taste a little better than anyone else's...
