Wally, I was so sorry to hear about your wife. I would be at the service, but we are headed to Kenosha to see my 88 year old father. Connie was a long-time friend, one of the first artists who befriended me when I moved back to Grand Haven in the 60's. As a young artist, I was encouraged by her help and positive comments about my work. I saw her at Lakeland Artists and the Gallery Uptown on a regular basis through all these years since, and will really miss her warm personality and laughter.
