Our deepest sympathy to the family for your loss. We worked for Crystal a few times doing tree work at her home. I never met her personally but have had several phone conversations with her. She would read me the poems she wrote, talked about the past, her daughter and the dog she missed so much. She would call us when the Chronicle would forget to run our ad which they did often. Curtis (the owner) had the pleasure of meeting her and said she was a wonderful lady. We will miss her dearly.

Mary,
You had an amazing Mom who loved poetry and her garden so much. I use to visit her with my father, Frank Holtrop, and she was such a delight. I know it is hard to lose a parent but may you feel the loving arms of Jesus around you.

Mary,
You have been in my thoughts and prayers. May you have strength to get through your lose of a wonderful Mother.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for I too know the pain of losing someone as important as a mother. May your family find comfort as I have in knowing that our loving heavenly Father promises us that very soon he will 'swallow up death forever, and certainly wipe the tears from all faces.' (Isaiah 25:8) What a wonderful day that will be!
To Crystal's daughter, Mary Catherine, and all the rest of her family and friends, I send my deepest sympathies to you all. Crystal was a shear delight to talk with and visit with. I will never forget her God-given gift of poetry. She shared so many poems with me over the years. I am honored to have known her. May our Lord Jesus give you His comfort during this difficult time.
