Mark, Kathy and family - I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Keep the memories close to your heart and know that he touched many peoples lives. He was such a wonderful sight to see on the field. I will always remember his contagious smile.##imported-begin##Melinda Rodriguez##imported-end##
The Prophet Joseph Smith told us, “A man filled with the love of God, is not content with blessing his family alone, but ranges through the whole world, anxious to bless the whole human race.” This just about sums up the Dale I will remember. I only knew “Papa” for a few years, but the short time we spent together was a great privilege and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to come to know how great a man he truly was. I will remember a man who was welcoming, friendly, kind, funny and witty, an extraordinary storyteller, a proud father, a proud grandfather and a remarkable husband. I send my deepest sympathy to Grandma Alice and to the Walters family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I love you all very much. I know your love and faith will bring you comfort in your time of sorrow. I look forward to the day we will meet again. All my love, Chris
“We have more friends behind the veil than on this side, and they will hail us more joyfully than you were ever welcomed by your parents and friends in this world; and you will rejoice more when you meet them than you them than you ever rejoiced to see a friend in this life; and then we shall go on from step to step, from rejoicing to rejoicing, and from one intelligence and power to another, our happiness becoming more and more exquisite and sensible as we proceed in the words and powers of life.” (Brigham Young, JD 6:349)##imported-begin##Chris Jensen##imported-end##

Dear Walters Family- My thoughts and prayers go to you and your family. May you remember the great times and joy Grandpa Walters brought to everyone as a person, fan and smiling face standing next to the fence. I definitely enjoyed his loyalty to the Tigers, especially during the glory days of Tiger Softball!!
Still throwing heat,
