Dear Judy and Mrs. Prelesnik, I just want you to know how very sorry I am for your loss. I do remember Dan very well. Whenever I spent time over to your house in my younger years, he was always very nice to have around as the great protector. I lived next to Dan until 1999. He was a free-spirit and lived life to the fullest. His turtles hanging on the back fence added to the neighborhood atmosphere. One of the memorable events was the morning that his tomato plants were smashed while someone had harvested another crop he had inter-planted. His classic comment was, "I don't suppose I can call the police about this." The neighborhood has lost a good man. May he rest in peace.##imported-begin##Chuck Harthy##imported-end##
