Daniel L. Prelesnik's Obituary
Daniel Lee Prelesnik, age 57, of Grand Haven passed away Friday, February 23, 2007, at the Leila & Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence in Muskegon. He was born March 14, 1949, to Walter and Anthonia (Kadlec) Prelesnik in Grand Haven.
Mr. Prelesnik was a 1967 Grand Haven High School graduate and was employed as a maintenance worker for the Grand Haven Eagles and was previously employed by both Construction Aggregates and Bastian Blessing. He was a member of the Grand Haven Eagles Arie 925 and the VFW Auxiliary in Grand Haven. A true outdoorsman, Mr. Prelesnik was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by a daughter, Caitlnd Prelesnik of Grand Haven; his mother, Toni Prelesnik of Grand Haven; a sister, Judy (Bob) Mason of West Olive; a brother, John (Joy) Prelesnik of Orleans, MI; and his special friend, Linda King. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Prelesnik.
The service for Mr. Prelesnik will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2007, at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Grand Haven with Rev. William Langlois officiating. Friends may meet the family 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday, February 26, at the funeral home in Grand Haven. Interment will be in Historic Cemetery.
