I was drafted with David on November 2, 1966. I spent 15 weeks with him in basic training at Fort Knox. We became good friends. At the end of basic training we were each sent to different AIT outfits so we didn't see each other after that. I am so sorry for your loss and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
