Dave was my boss for a little over 2 years while I worked for Amseco. During my onboarding he took the time after the long day of interviews to show me around Grand Rapids. He was so proud of his town. During the time I worked for Dave, I learned what a dedicated and intelligent leader he was. Dave always listened to me even when I was being emotional. I knew early on that Dave was the backbone of American Seating and I appreciated his knowledge and experience, not only on our product lines, but the industry itself. He cultivated relationships at all levels of an agency and a fantastic partnership relationship with the OEM's. I will always be appreciative of Dave, and everything he gave in life to his family, friends and our industry. I’ll miss you Dave, may you rest in peace.
