My wife and I enjoyed having lunch with David and his lovely wife on Mackinac Island at the Servants Retreat. We had a mutual acquaintance, a former Muskegon pastor. I had pastored in South Haven years ago.
We felt so at home with them right away and were so impressed about his enthusiasm and happiness at being able to attend. We saw them a couple of times, taking it all in.
Later we were saddened to hear about his accident and prayed for his return to health. Our Dynamics For Living Power Prayer Team has also been praying for him.
Our condolences to his dear family. I know you miss him greatly. Know that he was a blessing and inspiration to us all, impacting us in a way that honored his Lord and Savior.
