Mr. P was my science teacher in 6th grade. He was awesome at teaching and such a nice person! I think he started my love for science. I still remember him all these years later. I will still never forget his osmosis demonstration with eggs! I truly loved his class. So sorry for your loss.
Dave was my White Pines and Junior High School neighbor as we taught accross the hall from one another. I appreciated David's love of students and enthusiasm for teaching Science. We laughed with and listened to each other. I miss him and send his wife, son and family thoughts and prayers. When I walk outdoors and look at the big lake I will feel Dave's spirit soaring.
Leslie and David
We are so incredibly sorry and saddened for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers will continue with you. It was great having him as our teacher but even better knowing what a terrific father he was to David. Lots of hugs to you both!!

Dave was my brother in science, family, and fun. I taught with Dave at White Pines where we both taught science and where many of our students asked if we were brothers, it was so much fun to say, "of course" and walk away with them thinking that. What a pleasure and honor it was to be included in "guys" table at staff meetings, Thanks Mr. P, tell Robin hi for me, Love ya like a brother. Bob Whipkey
I have enjoyed Dave's friendship since we first met at Michigan State, and we visited many times in Bay City, and visits he and Leslie made to my parent's home in Birch Run. Dave had a great sense of humor, and at this time of year I think of the creative lyrics he had for some Christmas songs, which he shared with us at college on several occasions.

I couldn't believe that Mr. P was gone until I got to see Leslie, David B, Sue and Tom with Senko and RD yesterday at the Pearsons. I thank Leslie for allowing us to come around at this most difficult time. We all are going to miss him. I got too many memories of Mr. P/Pearsons to post but it's well known how I felt about the Pearson's. Luv always to David/Pearsons, Bunes and "friends of Bunes". Monte.
To my Bay City brother god bless. You are going to be missed by many. Hope they say go green go white in heaven! Mark Misko
