I knew mom since 1974 when Shel and I became friends. What I remember most about mom is that she was always smiling and that smile would light up a room. She was very soft spoken and always made you feel like part of the family. Mom and I shared a passion for crocheting. Whenever you saw mom she had a smile on her face and a crochet hook in her hand.
