I’m so sorry for your loss. Your dad was such a great guy and wonderful friend of our family. I will always remember the personal tour of the Silversides your dad gave me. He had so much passion and love for the sub vets and will truly be missed. Prayers for comfort and peace. 🙏

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, we offer our sincere condolences at Don’s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are always saddened whenever a fellow “Bubblehead” leaves on Eternal Patrol. He served with honor on the USS Tambor SS-198, USS Boarfish SS-327, USS Chub SS-329 and USS Clytie AS-26.

Met Don and Margaret while volunteering at the Silversides. Such a lovely couple. Don was an excellent example of the Greatest Generation. He will be missed and remembered fondly.
