Yor father was a great friend & an even greater testimony for Christ. I always appreciated how he shared his faith with so many people he met. My prayers are with you and your family. May God's grace and strength be with you during this difficult time.##imported-begin##Curt Freed##imported-end##
To the Boyink family-
I had the extreme pleasure of seeing Mr. Boyink on a regular basis back during my days as a server at Vic's Restaurant as he attended his Gideon's meetings faithfully every Saturday morning and again on the one Thursday night each month. Everytime I saw Mr. Boyink he always lived as God would want any of us to live and treated everyone as God would want us to treat our fellow man. Mr. and Mrs. Boyink always took the time to talk with me about how my education classes were going and how much longer I had before I would be teaching. It has been some time since I worked there and saw Mr. and Mrs. Boyink, but they both have always held a very special place in my heart and taught me a lot about how to be a good person. Mr. Boyink you will be missed. Mrs. Boyink, my prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Mr.Don Boyink
a "humble man of integrity"
He LIVED out his Biblical faith; he really cared about people.
As the years roll on a number of these local folks from Spring Lake like Don have contributed meaningful character building traits into the lives of students from days gone by. Ironicly, I was going to look him up this spring and have my wife and children visit with him ! God Bless the family members of this gentleman!##imported-begin##Philip N. Bareham##imported-end##

Dear Elizabeth, Circumstances will prevent
me from attending your Dad's funeral. Although, I won't be there in body, my spiret and prayers will be with you. Memories of you and your Dad will never fade from my heart and mind. As you and I
were sitting at the family table, at Uncle Wes's funeral, your dad came up and wrapped his arms around me. That will be my memory of Don forever. You were very
