Don was my neighbor for a few years while I lived on Anderson Road. There was rarely a day that went by that Don didn't stop by to see me....especially if he knew I might have some extra fish or venison to share. I enjoyed all of our discussions and getting to know Don. He was one of the nicest, most generous and hardest working men I will ever know. My family stopped by to see Don and Lucy a few weeks ago and Don was cleaning the yard and working on one of his many projects. Even as his health had gotten worst over the years Don never took a day off and was always looking forward to whatever job he could do next.
I will miss Don and cherish the memories of my time spent with both Don and Lucy.
