Donny was an icon of our MCC class of 1973. He was probably best known as a star football player, but more importantly he was a star person. He was always genuinely friendly to everyone, full of energy and enthusiasm, and quick to see humor and to make others laugh. He was his own person and a treasure. I extend my deepest sympathy to his family.
Ruth,family,and friends. Its hard to believe that Don is no longer here on earth but he is in a far better place now without any pain or discomfort. May God give you peace and comfort knowing this .Don will be greatly missed by many. Don was a very special man in so many different ways. He touched many hearts and brought laughter to many people around him. Don was my teamleader/supervisor at Meadowbrook and made me part of his #1 team (along with everyone at one time or another). Don also made the BEST BREAKFAST at Meadowbrook and we were very lucky to be a part of that.
