Donald A. Pasco's Obituary
Mr. Donald A. Pasco, age 57, passed away on June 8, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. Don was born on June 19, 1954 to Richard and Elizabeth (Fitzpatrick) Pasco and was a life resident of the area. He was a member of St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Muskegon. Don worked for 25 years as a Store Director at several local grocery stores, and then at Johnson Controls as Supervisor for 10 years. Prior to his retirement in 2010, he was a supervisor at Tennant for 3 years, and had his realtor license. Don coached both youth football for Mona Shores, and baseball for Roosevelt Park. He was also a member of the Vikings and enjoyed reading, hiking and bike riding. On July 25, 1979, he married the former Ruth Rozycki, and she survives him along with 2 children, Don (Liz) Pasco of Grand Rapids and Steven (Rochelle) Pasco of Oak Harbor, WA; 1 grandson, Aiden; 1 brother, Richard “Dick” (Jonny) Pasco of Muskegon; 3 sisters, Nancy (Larry) Dorato, Peggy (Larry) Flora, and Barb Pasco all of Muskegon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church (239 W. Clay) with Rev. Fr. Matthew J. Barnum presiding. VISITATION with the family will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100.
