Dear Susie, Janice and Family,
I was so sorry to read that you Mom had passed away. I've thought about her and your dad many times over the years. I'll alway be grateful to them for including me in so many family trips when I was growing up. The weekends spent at the cottage on Lake Michigan near Stoney Lake, the dinners at the House of Chan, spending my 18th birthday in Chicago, the renovated farm house near Hesperia, the soda bar your dad built, all the rides to school in so many different cars, and jewelry and castille soap. I think of your mom as being so petite and your dad being larger than life. I don't know where all the years have gone. I'll remember them both always. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and may the wonderful memories of your mom give you comfort at this sad time.
Your old friend,
