Dear Fielstra Family-It has been my great priviledge to know your dear mother Dorothy during her stay at Christian Care. When I think of her the words courage, coping, and class come to mind. She faced her vision problems with an attitude to make the best of the situation and enjoy life as thoroughly as she possibly could. It wasn't that long ago when she was still playing Bunco. She couldn't see the dice, but she enjoyed the competition of the game. She encouraged others, never complained, and was a classy, wonderful lady. The way she dealt with her adversity was inspiring.
